Month Calendar

The 4th Tuesday Book Club reads books on a wide variety of subjects and genres: fiction and nonfiction, classic and contemporary.

​​Gather your family, grab your pillows and blankets, and visit the library after hours for Family Fort Night! We’ll have the whole building to ourselves as we construct our blanket forts.

Join local poet Charlie Brice in launching his new collection of poetry, A Brief History of the Sixties.  He will be joined in reading by Judy Brice.  

Zentangle® is a simple technique for pattern drawing that is relaxing, meditative, intriguing and FUN! If you can print the alphabet, you can do Zentangle—just 5 easy strokes! You will amaze yourself. Excite your creativity!

Beep! Beep! Time to play with cars! Come see the library transformed into a make-believe mini-town with roads and areas to visit. We have plenty of cars to share or you can bring your own. One day only!

Bring clothing of all sizes in good condition (no rips or stains, please) to our clothing swap!

You are invited to a fun evening of gentle movement to relax the body and calm the mind with comforting Qi Gong exercises. 

No experience necessary. 

Stop by our Forest Hills Branch to learn about fun ways to create with paper. Try your hand at a variety of paper folding and stamping techniques. Storytime at 10:30, all-day drop-in craft station. All ages welcome but best for ages 4-8.
