Join local artists and Squonk Opera as we play with music, science and art at CCM Forest Hills!

December 14th Workshop@ 11:00am: "Squonking in the Library Part 1” is a lively workshop where young minds will learn the joy of musical expression! Through rhythmic games, instrument building and sound connection, you'll experience making music with Squonkers Lindsay Herring and T-Funk Tony Thomas.  Join us and see, music is everywhere! 

January 11th Workshop @ 11:00am: Unleash Your Creativity with Rube Goldberg Machines and Squonk! Join Squonkers Lindsay Herring and Mia Taylor for “Squonking in the Library Part 2,” an exciting workshop where science meets art! Kids aged 6-13 will dive into the world of Rube Goldberg Machines, learning how to harness the flow of energy, using everyday objects, to create quirky, complex contraptions with chain-reactions. Don’t miss out on this chance to build, play, and explore!

Kids and their families can attend one or both sessions.
