Program Description

Event Details

Gentle yoga stretches and strengthening postures are interwoven with breath awareness and relaxation. This class is suitable for beginners and those with prior yoga experience. With local instructor Laura Budde.

Please bring a mat, a blanket, yoga blocks (if you have them) and a strap/belt/scarf.
